Assistant Coach
Tyrin Pickett

Coach Tyrin Pickett is in his fourth season as an assistant coach at RNE. Tyrin will work with the outfielders and hitters this season, as well as coaching first base. He has numerous years of experience as a youth league, travel ball, and high school coach.

Tyrin is a graduate of Spring Valley High School and played collegiately at St. Andrews College in Laurinberg, N.C. He was a two-time first-team Conference Carolinas All-Conference selection at St. Andrews. After finishing up his college career, Coach Pickett played professional Independent League Baseball.

Tyrin is currently employed with Long's Pharmacy and Health Care and he and his wife have one daughter. He is the son of RNE B-Team head coach Bernard Pickett.
